She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Wilkie Allene Stringfield; her husband Loyd; her daughter Barbara Conerly Fortenberry of Hattiesburg; her granddaughter Amy; her grandson-in-law Andy Jackson of Decatur, GA; and also, Pennie Cooley, Darlene Crews, Mary Lynn Langlois and Marsha Snyder.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Westover Baptist Church and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
