He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Johnston and Virginia Tullos; his grandparents, Judge Clinton and Mary Frith; and his aunt Mary Elizabeth Lundy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnston; his daughters, Aimee Bryant (Scott) and Renee Renfroe (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Ethan Bryant (Kenzie), Gabriel Bryant, Katie Borrello (Austin) and Hayden Renfroe; and his brothers, Ted Tullos, Tim Tullos and Terry Tullos. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The USM Alumni Association or American Cancer Society in honor of Wayne.
