He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Engberg and Dorothy Engberg; his wife Eleanor Johnson; and his sisters, Eva Mae and Yvonne.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Benson of Hattiesburg, MS, Steven Engberg of Shelbyville, TN and David Engberg (Joyce) of St. Augusta, MN; his granddaughter Camille; his great grandchildren, Ke'Air, Marqus and Carter; and his brother Gary Engberg (Mary) of Thompson Station, TN..
