She is survived by: her children, Katherine Evans and Wallace Ray Smith; her grandchildren, Sean Evans, Derek Evans (Celestial), Jason Smith (Missy), Amanda Smith and Erica Smith; her great grandchild Kayla Evans; and her great great grandchild River Rose. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
