He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. C. Meador, Dorothy Vance Meador, E. C. Bass and Verna Bass; his stepgrandmother Myrtle Meador; and his great-grandparents, George Tullison Neal and Elizabeth Neal of Richie Creek.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Meador and Patricia Meador; his sister Kimberly Thompson (Dale); his nieces, Madison Thompson and Nealie Thompson (Sha-Sha); his uncle Mike; and his aunts, Lynn Bass, Carolyn, Earnie Norman and Donna Pittman.
