He is survived by: his daughters, Latosha McCoy (Tirso) and Shira Brownell (Wesley); his grandchildren, Tirso McCoy, Jr., Jayson McCoy and Noah Speights; and his siblings, Donald Peterson (Lillie), Vickie Peterson, Gwendolyn Peterson, Terry Peterson-Walker and Valerie Cook.
