He is survived by: his mother Beulah Ware of Hattiesburg; his children, Raegan Ware of Hattiesburg and Nick Ware (Chasity) of Petal; his sister Sandra Ware of Hattiesburg; his grandchildren, Lane Smith and Trevor Smith; his uncles, Donald Ware, Earl Ware and Bobby Ware of British Columbia; and his aunt Delores Gidden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
