She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Maxwell. She is survived by: her parents, John Blakely and Leota Blakely; her children, Mark Maxwell (Wendy) of Madison, Jerry Maxwell (Debbie) of Acworth, GA and Sharon Maxwell Harrison (Chris) of Germantown, TN.; her grandchildren, Lindsey Langhans (Stephen), Luke Maxwell (Dresden), Logan Maxwell, Blakely Harrison, Sarah Vance Harrison and Chandler Harrison; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Langhans and Carsten Langhans; and her brother Bunk Blakely.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
