It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Sumrall of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther McKenzie and Letha McKenzie; her former husband J. M. Sumrall, Jr.; and her husband Joe Strahan. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Stanford (Jeff), Billy Sumrall (Lois) and Jon Sumrall; her grandsons, Justin Csaszar and Vincent Biter (Anna); and her great grandchild Jessie Biter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
