It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Royce Walker Nation of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Anna Hayden and Mary Ford. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Nell Nation of Hattiesburg, MS; his children, Ronald Royce Nation of Denver and Teddy; his grandchildren, Terry Wayne Nation of Cheyenne, WY and Camelia Ann Swift of Woodland, TX; his stepchildren, James W. Sumrall of Hattiesburg, MS and Elizabeth Ann Lindsey of Hattiesburg, MS; and his siblings, George Waller Nation of Owensboro, KY, Mildred Vaught of Owensboro, KY and Jeanette Mohon of Owensboro, KY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
