It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Taylor Sr. (Hattiesburg, Mississippi), who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robert Dale Taylor (Anita) of Petal; his wife Minnie Taylor; his parents, Grady Taylor (Lillian) and Irene Jones; and his sister Joyce Walters.

He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Hancock (B. J.) of Ennis, TX; his sister Mary Gunter (James) of Pascagoula; and his grandchildren, Derrick Taylor (Jamie), Kathleen Murray (Matt), Hannah Taylor, Katie Hancock Turner (Jacob) and Jarred Hancock (Brittni). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
