He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Sinclair and Tena Sinclair. He is survived by: his children, Erin Burt (Shaun) of Hattiesburg, Lynlee Evans (Ryan) of Saraland, AL and Eric Sinclair of Hattiesburg; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Burt, Sinclair Evans and Caleb Evans; his sister Marie Wellisch (Ira) of Boynton Beach, FL; and his nephew Shawn Wellisch. He is also survived by friends and family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Abbie Rogers Civitan Camp at 50 Fieldstone, Hattiesburg, MS. 39402.
