He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Ratcliff, Sr.; and his daughter Sabrina Ratcliff. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ratcliff; his children, Stephen Ratcliff (Temeka) and Roslyn Ratcliff; his stepchildren, Randy Harry, Rhonda Pittman, Randolyn Harry and Romania Harry; his siblings, Benjamin Ratcliff, Jr. (Mildred), Mattie Brown (Charles) and Lillie Prince; and his aunt Murtha B. Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
