We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2019, at the age of 76, Regina Cook (Hattiesburg, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Curtis Cook and Novle Merritt Cook; her daughter Patricia Diane Polk; and her granddaughter Jessica Polk. She is survived by: her son Mark King (Rose) of Columbia, MS; and her siblings, Carmel Nations (Bobby) of McComb, MS, Virgil Cook of Brookhaven and Wincey Cook of Roxie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
