He is survived by: his father-in-law G. C. Baskin; his wife Maxie Manning; his sons, Michael Manning of Orange Beach, AL and Marc Manning of Los Angeles, CA; his siblings, Cathy Carlisle, Carole Green and Phillip Manning; and his granddaughter Morgan Manning.
