He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey E. and Venice M. West; and his brother Fredrick H. West. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Risher; his daughters, Michele Davis (Randy) and Melinda Quave (Ken); and his brother Harvey E. West, Jr. (Toby). He is also survived by three sisters, two grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
