She was predeceased by: her husband Cordell Hull Rutland; her former husband Charlie Prine; her parents, Roma Delancey and Fannie Delancey; and her siblings, Roma Delancey Jr., Harold Delancey, Ford Delancey, Stella Delancey, Frances Letchworth and Chrystelle Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Jubel Rutland (Kelly) and Stacey Slatton (Mark); and her sisters, Charlotte Howell (Lynn), Jerrine Speights, Dale Ward (Earl) and Grand. She is also survived by Great-Grand Children; and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
