She was predeceased by: her husband Darris "D. P." O'Quinn; her children, Lt. Donald O'Quinn, Dr. Darrell O'Quinn and Donna O'Quinn; and her parents, Calvin Hall and Nora Hall.

She is survived by: her daughter Denise O'Quinn Destin; her grandchildren, Sarah O'Quinn Wilkerson (Jonathan), Katelyn O'Quinn, Matthew O'Quinn and Andrew O'Quinn; her great grandchild Katheryn Wilkerson; and her sister Helen Sumrall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
