He was predeceased by: his daughter Anne Marie Finch; his granddaughter Katie Feix; his daughter-in-law Andrea Finch; his parents, Mark and Mary Finch, Sr.; and his sister Mary Katherine Finch.

He is survived by: his wife Myra Finch of Hattiesburg; his children, Mark Finch of Dublin, Ireland, Mary Katherine Feix of Enfield, NH and Andrea Lawson (Scott) of Denver, CO; his son-in-law Lloyd Schwing of Covington, LA; and his grandsons, William Feix, Derek Lawson and Kevin Lawson.
