She is survived by: her husband Morris Mallard, Sr. of Hattiesburg; her children, Morris Mallard, Jr. (Shemshat) of Hurley, MS, James Mallard, Sr. (Joan) of Crystal River, FL and Lisa Mallard Strickland (Darrell) of Ellisville; her grandchildren, Crystal Mallard Perotti, Kerri Mallard Champlin, Aisha Mallard, James Mallard, Jr., Ashley Mallard Arbuckle, Beau Mallard, Kyle Mallard, Colton Stephens and Landon Stephens; and her brother Ernest Cawthon, Sr. of Petal. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
