He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne Mims Farris. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy DeViney (Mike); and his grandchildren, Michael DeViney, Jr., Melanie DeViney Nix, Brooke DeViney Mullen and Jonathan DeViney. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
