She was predeceased by: her husband William Floyd Polk; her granddaughter Angie Waller; her great grandchild Jonathan Casares; her parents, Charles Colby and Etoyle Colby; and her brother Roy Colby.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Polk (Debbie) of Lindale, TX, Sheila Gillum (James) of Hattiesburg, MS and Mitzi Trayham (Eddie) of Panama City, FL; and her grandchildren, Brandi Holden, Kari Spaniel, Eric Polk, Jennifer Polk of Tyler Polk, J. T, Rachel Cuevas, Rachel Gillum, Nikolas Gillum, Matthew Gillum, Amanda Lewis and Kaitlin Bruhl. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
