He was predeceased by: his wife Penny Sanders Clinton; and his parents, William Lewis Clinton and Annie Pearl Dees Clinton. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Pam Sanders Day, Dianne Sanders Ray, William Ray of Columbia, Gerald and Alavene Sanders of Columbia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
