It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lessie Wren of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lessie Wren to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Wheat and Stella Wheat; and her husband Charles E. Wren. She is survived by: her niece Jimmie Tolbert; her nephew Prentiss Dale Wheat; her grandchildren, Joseph Draughn, Jennifer Muir and Dayla Thompson; her great grandchildren, Addy McKenzie, Kinsley, Kashton Muir, Kayden and Kelsee Draughn; and her nieces and nephews, James R. Wheat, Anne Frost, Angel Frost and Bryson Frost. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forrest Funeral Home (1258 Richburg Rd, Hattiesburg, MS 39402). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastabuchie Cemetery.
