She was predeceased by: her husband Philip E. Emerson; and her father Ellwood W. Lewis, Jr. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Philip Emerson (Pam), Susan Emerson Kendall (Tom) and Bradford Ellwood Emerson (Angela); her grandchildren, Claire Kendall, Madison Kendall, Phillip Emerson and Cameron Emerson; and her brother Ellwood Watkin Lewis (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church or The Alzheimer's Association.
