He is survived by: his daughter Casey Underwood Lemaster (Chris) of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Grace, Gavin and Ella; his mother Millie Underwood of Bogalusa, LA; his stepson Dennis Patrick, Jr. of Hattiesburg; and his siblings, Vickie Bennett (Joe) of Port Neches, TX, Donna Jarrett of Orlando, FL, Tommy Underwood (Debbie) of Bogalusa, LA and Steve Underwood (Karen) of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
