He is survived by: his wife Kathy Campbell of Hattiesburg, MS; his daughters, Amy Chabert of Purvis, MS and Keri Ford of Purvis, MS; and his grandchildren, Luke Chabert, Shainah Hogan, Colton Chabert, Baleigh Slade and Austyn Ford. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
