He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Whiddon and Elvis Whiddon; and his brother Robert Whiddon. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ware Whiddon of Hattiesburg, MS; his children, Laren Whiddon (Stephanie) of Fulshear, TX and Kim Coulter (Keith) of Hattiesburg, MS; and his sister LaMuriel Robertson of Columbia, MS. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
