He is survived by: his wife Adrianne Lucille Kent; his children, Andrea Kent Chavis, Audrey Louise Kent, John Lewis Kent, Jr. and David Lee Kent; and his grandchildren, Jaylin Kent, Jayda Chavis, Justin Chavis, Jr., John Lewis Kent, III and Kastin Amore Kent. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
