He is survived by: his wife Pam Perry; his daughters, Paige Perry, April Perry and Amy Perry Smith (Ben); his brother Randall Perry (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Avery Duke, Larkin Pettit, Kees Pettit, Mackenzie Smith, Collins Smith and Allie Rose Smith. He is also survived by his family and friends.
