He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Newell Payne; his sons, Jimmy, Keith (Audra) and Arlys (Lauren); his grandchildren, Brooke (Josh), Hannah, Jessica, Austin, Carson, Dustin and Rebecca; and his great grandchild Riley James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
