He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Cooley; his parents, Less Cochran and Lula Belle Cooley Cochran; and his siblings, Newton Cooley, Ronnie Cooley, William Cooley (Bill), Catherine Cooley, Sue McBromm and Glenn Cooley.
He is survived by: his children, Deauna Williams (Wayne) of Saucier and Shane Cooley (Doughty) of Walker, LA; his grandchildren, Ethan, Erynn and Dalton; and his siblings, Joe Cooley of Ana Coco, LA, Patsy Rutledge of Palacios, TX and Linda Rowell of New Augusta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
