He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rowell of Hattiesburg, MS; his mother Julia Rowell of Hattiesburg, MS; his children, Joseph Rowell of Hattiesburg, MS, Daniel Rowell of Hattiesburg, MS and Brenna Rowell of Baton Rouge, LA; and his siblings, Donna Quinquinio of Jacksonville, FL, Debbie Rowell of Hattiesburg, MS, Michael Rowell of Hattiesburg, MS and Chris Rowell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
