He is survived by: his mother Beverly Hartfield; his brother Caden Hartfield; his grandparents, Charles D. Hartfield and Marilyn Hartfield; and his uncles, Dewayne Hartfield, Theresa Hartfield, Tommy Amacker, Karen Amacker, Dave Hillman, Sharon Hillman and Kendall Duncan.
