He is survived by: his wife Diana Polk; his stepchildren, Corey Lutynkski (Liani) of Hattiesburg, MS, Lindsey Lutynski Gorski (Aaron) of Osceola, IN, Josh Lutynski (Amiee) of Endwell, NY and Keith Lutynski; and his grandchildren, Sonja and Sasha Lutynski. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
