He is survived by: his children, William Bedwell of Gulfport, Matt Bedwell of Gulfport, Michael Austin (Alison) of Georgia, Aimee Bedwell of Purvis and Carla Cascio (Jonathon) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Cooper Swilley, Aubrey Austin, Beau Austin, Jonah Cascio and Mollie Cascio; and his sister Donna Byrd (Gregory) of Soso. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
