He is survived by: his brother Melton McDonald (Pam); his girlfriend Sue Warden; his son Phillip "Bro"; his daughter-in-law Samantha Polk; his grandchildren, Brody, Lakon, Preston, Aislyn, Aaliyah, Landon, Bailey, Savannah, Riley, Blake and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Shelby, Briella and Lakley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
