She was predeceased by: her husband Louie J. James; her son Larry E. James; and her parents, James P. Buchanan and Lula Buchanan. She is survived by: her children, Kim James (Glenda) and Deborah Welch; and her daughter-in-law Betty James (late Larry James). She is also survived by six grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
