It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn Willie Reese of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, born in Bassfield, Mississippi, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Reese and Mary Reese; his brothers, Louis Earl Reese, Daniel Reese Jr. and Charles Reese; and his brother-in-law Buford Hawthorne.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Reese; his children, Miranda, Cheryl Reese of Hattiesburg and Willie Glenn Reese Jr. (Resh Reese) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Taylor, Lydia, Jaden, Elijah and Jordan; and his siblings, George, Johnny C Reese of Bassfield, Louvenia Buckhalter (Robert Buckhalter) of Louisiana, Ellawease Barnes (Clarence) of Bassfield and Mae Ruth Hawthorne of Bassfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
