It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Gail Bennett of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Theodore Gibson and Katie Lea Russell Gibson. She is survived by: her husband Larry Bennett of Hattiesburg, MS; her daughters, Stephanie Boyle (Travis) of Sumrall, MS and Amanda Clark (Mann) of Brandon, MS; her siblings, Belinda Herrin (Dale) of Sumrall, MS and Eric Gibson (Nancy) of Hattiesburg, MS; and her grandchildren, Channing, Alexis Boyle, John Hunter, Maddox and Nash Clark. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Forrest General Cancer Center.
