We bid farewell to Frances Hutson of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 1, 2025 at the age of 84. Frances touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Buckhalter and Mary Buckhalter; her husband Simon "Pete" Hutson; her children, Danny Hutson and Mary Norton; and her grandson Scotty Hutson.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Williams (Johnny), Carl Hutson (Connie), Susan Patterson (Ted), Joyce Yawn, Davey Calvin (Megan) and Petty Hutson (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Nikki, Destiny, Joshua, Simon, Shyanne, Tillis, Billie Sue, Matthew, Dalton, Darrellyn, Ann, Robert, Justin Ray, Steven, Daniel, Jessica and Brittany. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (706 Main St, Purvis, MS 39475). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Grantham Cemetery.
