She was predeceased by: her husband Nolan Alexander Nissen, Jr.; and her parents, Betty Meador and Max Ray Hancock. She is survived by: her children, Angela Nissen (Leo Liscinski) of Hattiesburg and Joshua Ray Strickland (Krystal) of Sandy Hook; her grandchildren, Vatice Joyce Strickland, Hayden Nissen, Emery Liscinski, Andromida Lucas and Jodee Larson; her great grandchild Adyson Shelia Jean Strickland; her close friend Russell Anderson of Ellisville; her stepmother Pellie Hancock of Ellisville; and her stepbrother Carson Graham (Trish) of Ellisville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
