He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Curtis and Jessie Curtis; and his sisters, Frances Purvis and Helen Bunch. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Curtis of Hattiesburg; his children, Shelley Smalley (Chris) of Pensacola, FL, Jenny Terui (J. T.) of New Castle, CO and Kris Keller (Kristie) of Fort Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Kimberley Smalley of Baton Rouge, LA and Evan Keller of Fort Collins, CO; and his siblings, Ruby Ledbetter of Hattiesburg, Carol Ryan (Mickey) of Hattiesburg, Rondah Moudy (Bobby) of Hattiesburg and Tom Curtis (Connie) of Hattiesburg. He is also survived by loving wife, children, and friends.
Due to COVID-19 limitations, the family has decided to hold a celebration of life at a later date.
