She was predeceased by: her daughter Cynthia Dell Watkins Ewton (Angus Troy Watkins) of Hixson, TN; her parents, Charlie Weaver Reaves and Lucille Patterson Reaves; and her siblings, Annie Ruth Strader, Mattie Lee McAlister, Shirley Mae Smith, James Edward Reaves and Ray Robert Reaves.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Watkins Ayers (Monty) of Boulder, CO and David Keith Watkins of Atlanta, GA.; and her brother David Reaves (Betty Lynn) of Columbia, MS. She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
