She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sanford. She is survived by: her sons, Hillmon "PeeWee" Jackson (Beth) of Newport News, VA, Larry Jackson of Seminary, Richard Jackson (Aletha) of Oak Grove and Bobby Sanford of Oak Grove; and her brother W. M. Stewart (Carmen) of Brooklyn. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Shriners International.
