She was predeceased by: her husband Milan Slade; her grandson Cameron Slade; and her parents, Daniel Cameron and Lucretia Cameron. She is survived by: her children, Danny Slade (Katie) of Dixie Community, Celita Lott (Vernon) of Rockwall, Texas, Rhonda Payne (Ray) of Calhoun, Georgia and Robin Ousley (Barry) of Hoover, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Mark Lott, Kay Nauman, Jane Krebs, Caroline Miles, Annie Miles and Ian Ousley; and her great grandchildren, David Slade, Kamryn Nauman, Slade Nauman, Adele Krebs, Savannah Krebs and Gracie Krebs.

Due to COVID-19 limitations, the family will have a private graveside service with interment at Dixie Community Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Asbury Hospice House.
