She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond W. Fox and Edith Mitchell; her sisters, JoAnne Fox Pace and Rae Musick; and her husband W. A. Dixon.

She is survived by: her children, Roger Dale Dixon, William Wesley "Billy" Dixon, Sr. and Linda Joyce Dixon of Richton, MS; and her sister LaVerne Lett of Flora, MS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
