It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Jack Chambliss of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Chambliss and Jessie Mae Chambliss; his wife Nellie Davis Chambliss; and his daughter Carolyn Ann Chambliss. He is survived by: his children, Frances Aycock (Tony), Janice Sumner (John) and Harvey Chambliss (Heather); and his grandchildren, Ashley Richardson, Amber Mooney, Shelby Windham, Leah Aycock and Meagan Smith.
