He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Keesling. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Tallman; his sons, William Tallman (Shana) and Phillip Tallman of Brandon; his brother Steve Tallman (Janice) of Tampa, FL; his stepfather Tommy Keesling of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Daemon Tallman and Cayden Tallman; his nephew Stephen Tallman; and his niece Courtney Tallman Thorne.
