He is survived by: his wife Patricia R. Skaggs; his children, David Skaggs (Pam), Dwayne Skaggs (Christine), Dana Bullock (Richard), Dawn Skaggs, Stephanie Luker (Kevin), Jennifer Reid and Kim Pierce (Tom); his grandchildren, Aaron Skaggs (Amanda), Brady Skaggs, Courtney Ross (Grant), Allen Bullock, Meagan Duckworth (Jason), Austin Skaggs, Anthony Luker, Nichole Henderson (Caleb), Katlyn Luker, Kyle Reid (Reagan), Kayla Nobles and Holly Skaggs; and his siblings, Nick Skaggs and Judy Conners. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
